The 5520 Sashcase from Briton is a high security powder coated steel construction sashcase which takes a standard euro profile cylinder (supplied separately); choose the 5520 for assured quality of design. This lock case comes with a square forend which is manufactured from Grade 316 Stainless Steel and features a chrome plated steel latch, cast follower and a drill resistant heavy duty hardened steel deadbolt with a 22mm throw. It couldn't be easier to install, with a quick-reverse latch and bolt-through sleeved fixing holes which assist in bolt location, provide extra strength to the case and help in the prevention of mechanical failure. This lock case is Certifire approved and tested for suitability of fire doors to EN 1634 - up to 90 minutes timber & 4 hours steel. As well as this, the 5520 is CE marked, DIN 18251 compatible, and EN 12209 compliant, with a 10 year manufacturer's guarantee giving users the ultimate peace of mind in their door security.
